The program is a 25-day (spread over 3 months) intensive executive managerial course on leadership for government leaders to expand their knowledge, skills, attitude and behaviors on the five (5) core competencies of government leaders which will comprise the five (5) Modules of the course, namely:

Leading Change; Leading Employees Well; Delivering Customer Satisfaction; Communicating and Building Relationships; and Continuous Learning.

Continuous Learning
(3 days)

Building a learning organization, a concept progressive global firms like Walt Disney, Google, Apple, and local entities like Galing Pook Awardees, recipients of the Philippine Quality Award and Honor Awards, have in common is the continuous learning competency of their leaders. Continuous learning is the competency that can counter organizational obsolescence by constantly creating an urgency of change and managing it, innovating and applying new techniques and tools, and building and sustaining high performance and productivity. The course raises consciousness of staying on the learning mode all the time and contributing to the success of his or her organization in an environment of accelerating change and complex demands. The sessions transition one from effectively applying knowledge and skills and keeping abreast of new knowledge, developing new ideas and strategies to improve existing systems and processes, to effectively demonstrating the standards of performance management to himself or herself and to others. The Program provides an interactive Classroom Learning (13 days), Site Visits to 4 Agencies with best practices (2 days) and culminates with an Internship Program to other government agencies (10 days). Completion of the course entitles the participants to a Certificate on the Leadership Program which is equivalent to passing the Competency-Based Assessment Test.
