REMINDER-5. Dear Sir, It is already more than 20 days having received my funds. As per your promise you are about to refund the funds within 4 to 7 days. But till now nothing has been happened. This is my 5th reminder to you. Every day I am eager and waiting for your reply It is really frustrating me that you are not bother to respond my mails. Dear Sir, As per your mail you wrote on 20/4/13, that the transaction got reversed and the funds will be returned back into my account with in 4 to 7 days. But untill now it was not happened. I already sent 3 reminders about it. But you are not bothered to give me a response about this problem. This behavior is not correct for a Professional Bank. As per my Bank A/c, the money has been debited and reached to you. It is your responsibility that either you should pay it to the Card holder or returned it back to my A/C. Either way you have not done so far and you are not giving response to me. Please let me know that when you are going to return back the funds or you are going to pay the card holder?.this is a serious matter. Please reply. With regards. Syed Ghousia Begum.

Dear Sir, This is my 3rd reminder for the following subject. Every day I am waiting for your response about the reversal of the fund which I have sent to your Card holder. Neither you have credited the amount to your card holder or returned back the money to my account. Hence I request you to kindly response me about the present position and when you are going to send back the amount to my account? With regards.
