The April 30, 2013 Decision by Judge Eitan Orenstein is inherently void, for the
following reasons:
a. The record is unsigned. The claims by the Tel Aviv District Court that such records
are signed by invisible electronic signatures are ludicrous. There is no way to sign a
document, served on paper, using an electronic signature, let alone an invisible
electronic signature. Such claims by the Court are similar in their base to the fraud in
the legend The Emperor's New Clothes.
b. According to the law of the State of Israel, the Requester was entitled to inspect
the requested records Names of Parties, Names of Attorneys, Case Calendar,
Decisions, regardless of the position of the Parties on this Request.
c. The Requester was prevented from serving his Request on the Parties, as
indicated in the Decision, since he was denied access even to the names of Parties
and Attorneys.
Therefore, the Decision should be deemed part of simulated litigation and fraud on
the People.
