Leader for Supply Chain Business Process Improvement at the corporate level. Developed SCM Policies and Procedures for all SCM functions. Programs include LOCAP IV, Defense Reutilization and Marketing Services (DRMS), Spain Base Maintenance Contract (SBMC) and Contingency Response Services (CRS). Oversaw the development of contract specific SOPs.
