Introduction In today's growing market, many businesses are turning toward automated systems to perform their everyday tasks. Automated systems can replace the cost and time consuming processes that were once completed by hand while providing people with more accurate data. One automated system that is becoming more popular is the automated inventory application. The inventory application is a mobile application for managing items, informs the amount of items available. The inventory application is updated to the cloud each time an item is sold. However this is only appropriate for businesses that do not have a lot of stock. Background of the study Since the automated systems are very useful to many businesses, the researchers came up with the idea of creating an inventory application for the sake of businessmen and businesswomen, and customers to manage the availability of the products for the small business. In which the application will update the availability of a certain product to the cloud. Objectives of the Study The objectives of the study are the following:

To provide the businessmen, businesswomen, and customers an application that will manage and update the availability of the products. To provide accurate data of an inventory to businessmen, business women, and customers. Beneficiaries of the Study Businessmen Businesswomen Customer

Area of Study The study includes the use of Java programming language and Objectoriented programming as the programming paradigm, and the study will also use cloud computing in order to create the inventory application. The inventory application can be executed in a cell phone with android operating systems, and an internet connection.
