Project on Rape Cases decided by the Courts of Law in Delhi There is a great opportunity for you all the

applicants from SLS-NOIDA wherein you can enhance your research skills and you can have practical experience how work upon a project is carried. Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA is going to undertake a study on above mentioned project title under the guidance of Dr. Madhuker S. Work on the project shall start tentatively from the month of May13 , i.e., once External Examinations of are over. You may carry the work full-time or part-time, and the certificates shall be issued accordingly. There shall be no difference in responsibilities of both the group. If the selected student wish to work on the project as Full-time Research Associate, it will be considered as internship which the students otherwise undertake during their semester break. The Part-time Research Associate shall not be considered for such internship by SLS-NOIDA. Framework of the proposed project and A statement on responsibilities & duties of research associates shall be provided to the selected students at appropriate time. Process of selection of Research Associates for the said project is following: 1. Registration of names Registration is made by writing an application through mail to the Project Coordinator at madhuker@symlaw.edu.in Last date of Registration of Names: 10th April13 2. Research Analysis Test A test will be conducted for selection of Research Associates. It will test the aptitude of candidates for research analyses of the decided case laws. Date of the test: 11th April13 Timings of the test: all the applicants are required to report at 2:15pm at office of Dr. Madhuker S. You will be further directed to venue of the test. In case of any applicant having any Tutorial/Re-examination at the said time must contact Dr. Madhuker, and necessary adjustment shall be carried. 3. Interview An interview will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates. This list will be made on basis of the written test. Date of interview will be notified on the day of written test.

4. Selection of Research Associates Total five Research Associates will be selected for this project. Once this process is over, selected Research Associates will be notified, and the work will start as soon as the External Examinations are over in the month of May13.
