• No se requiere libro de texto. Por cada unidad conceptual el estudiante accesará una
presentación en el programa Power Point con los conceptos básicos de la misma y varias
PREREQUISITOS : Ninguno
La literatura, textos, ejercicios o trabajos para este curso podrán ser requeridos en inglés.
Esto es así, ya que todos los estudiantes admitidos llenan el requisito de ser bilingües según
dicta la política de Admisión.
En conformidad con la Ley ADA, cualquier estudiante que necesite acomodo razonable
deberá informarlo y presentar evidencia al profesor la primera semana de clases para
poder hacer los arreglos correspondientes a dicho acomodo.
JUSTIFICACIÓN
Este curso es necesario para que el estudiante desarrolle las destrezas necesarias para

principales sobre este tema en el escenario laboral. Se analizará la distinción entre supervisor,
gerente y líder, estableciendo las características básicas de todo líder en los ambientes de

trabajo. De igual forma, de evaluarán los retos actuales y futuros del liderazgo en las
futuras.
OBJETIVOS GENERALES
3. Explicar las posibles aplicaciones que tienen cada una de estas teorías en los
diferencias.
5. Conocer los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas en Puerto Rico sobre el tema
