ACF International is a registered charity, founded in 1979. ACF International operates in 37 countries. The international network of ACF International is represented in Paris, London, Madrid, New York and Montreal. Teams in the field combat hunger on four fronts: nutrition, food security, health, water and sanitation. ACF International, Mission Pakistan, intends to award Contract for the supply of the following items in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by ECHO.

Below is the criteria to participate in this Tender: 1. Proof of Company Registration in Pakistan. 2. Proof of registration with Works & Services Department (Civil Works) as well as registration with Pakistan Engineering Council must be submitted 3. List of their technical staff, completed projects along with completion certificate from organization. 4. An Affidavit containing that the Contractor/Company is not blacklisted or in litigation with any organization/NGO or Government Department in the past.

5. 5% Bid Bound of the total amount of the Contract need to be submitted together with Bid as a Security Deposit 6. A copy of Tax Registration Copy of Insurance policy (legal liability at a minimum). 7. A copy of the financial statements for last two years (balance sheet and income statement).

8. A letter of the bidders bank to guarantee the bidders solvency

9. A detailed activity schedule (timeline) for the proposed works This work plan is a requirement

10. A list of technical equipment owned by the supplier (machines, compressors, vehicles, etc)

So interested parties, who can fulfil the above criteria may collect prequalification documents from the following office from 23-March -13 to 13April -13 on submission of a written application on their company letter head a payment of 5,000 Pak Rupees (Five Thousand only) against administration fee, which will be non- refundable.
