PROGRAMMER ANALYST, WIZNUCLEUS INC, NEW YORK (USA) MAY 2012 DEC 2012 Responsible for the development, installation and administration of .NET and SharePoint based software applications, including SQL Server 2008, Testing, troubleshooting and providing support to the customers. Performed development work for the two major products of the company CyberWiz -Pro and NERC-Wiz. Single handedly automated the entire process of deployment and installation of Cyberwiz -Pro and Nerc-Wiz which proved to be a major help in providing customer satisfaction as it eased the tedious deployment process involved in these applications. Worked on a Business Process Management platform and created workflows for Wiznucleus Inc.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER, INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, PUNE (INDIA) AUG 2009 AUG 2011 I have been privileged to provide Quality Assurance servicing for the telecom major AT&T. I performed the end to end and system testing of their mission critical customer facing account management website and its relative downstream systems. My work was more interesting and has appealed me as I myself am was a post-paid customer and to learn the process of how we are being billed and provided services is fascinating. Further being into QA had added a new dimension to the way I approach an organization that provides such necessary services, one as a customer and the other as the organization. I have also been trained in OSS and BSS which lays the skeleton of the Telecom IT sector.

PROJECTS:
Distributed E-Book library: JAN 2009 Designed and implemented a Distributed E -book library for hosting an online central repository for any machine that is present on the LAN using JAVA RMI. Online Computer Retail store: DEC 2009 Designed a web-application for an online computer retail store at Infosys Technologies limited. I was part of an eight member team and was responsible for designing and creating the login, customer repository and dealers modules in this project. This web application was developed in JSP, JSF, HTML and CSS. QR Code Scanner: SEPT 2011 A Client Server Application in C to send QR code Image to remote server, which the remote server then decodes and fetches the webpage from the URL in the QR code image and sends it back to client. This browser was created using Drupal and C# which uses the drug database provided in xml format by Drug Bank.
