ABSTRACT Bioinformatics, an interesting amalgamation of biological computational sciences has established itself in all the major fields of biology to aid scientist in better data management. Bioinformatics is the recording annotation, storage, analysis, searching/retrieval of nucleic acid sequence (genes and RNAs) protein sequence and structural information. This includes database of the sequences and structural information as well as methods to access, search and visualize and retrieve information.
