Philosophy

Visi

: To Develop a smart and reasonable person.

Misi

: 1. Menerapkan pelatihan/ kursus bahas Inggris yang mengikuti standar internasional dengan biaya yang relative terjangkau masyarakat pada umumnya. 2. Diharapkan melalui LEMBAGA BAHASA ENGLISH STUDY CLUB (ESC) dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran dan angka putus sekolah. 3. Ikut serta dalam membantu Pemerintah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa melalui pendidikan informal kursus Bahasa Inggris yang murah dan berkualitas.

TOYOTA WAYS: Principle 1 - Long-term philosophy

In our philosophy we are doing business not merely about making money but we focus how to give our contribution to our society. We emphasize that a long term purpose is much more important than making money. We are not seeking success but let success run after us.

Principle 2 Continuous process flow In our institution we continuously maintain our staffs skill by assign them to various training.

Principle 3 Pull system In this point we dont exactly do what principle says.

Principle 4 Workload leveling (heijunka) In according to this principle, we assign only less than 20 students for 1 teacher.

Principle 5 Culture of stopping to fix problems In this point we dont exactly do what principle says. Usually, I am, as the one who responsible for the institution, I ask directly and randomly to the customer/ students.

Principle 6 Standardized tasks We do that by assign teachers to various training, and one a year we do a competency test.

Principle 7 Visual control (Mieruka) In this point we dont exactly do what principle says.

Principle 8 Reliable, tested technology We also emphasized that our teacher should up to date to technology and being technology savvy.

Principle 9 Leaders who understand the work I believe that myself has enough ability to run the institution because I am a teacher also.

Principle 10 Develop people We do that by assign teachers to various training, and one a year we do a

competency test. So, the students as our customers get the best what we have. Principle 11 Respect extended network In this point we dont do exactly what the principle say, but we also keep in mind that all of us are concerned about the future of our institution.

Principle 12 Genchi genbutsu Usually, I am, as the one who responsible for the institution, I ask directly and randomly to the customer/ students.

Principle 13 Decision by consensus Even though I am the one who make decision, but the decision have been discussed first with all stake holder.

Principle 14 Become a learning organization By doing training regularly we do this principle.
