Frecuency adverbs:
Always, usually, regularly, normally, often, sometimes, occasionally, rarely, seldom, never are adverbs of frequency. Before the main verb: I always get up at 6.45. I never eat before 8 pm. Carlos usually goes to the gym on mondays.
