Be it resolved by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. THAT the document entitled Resolution For The Organization Of The Thirtieth Legislature of The Virgin Islands, dated January 14, 2013, and bearing the signatures of Senators Craig W. Barshinger, Diane Capehart, Donald Cole, Kenneth Gittens, Clifford Graham, Myron D. Jackson, Shawn-Michael Malone, Clarence Payne, Sammuel Sanes and Janette Millin Young which is attached to and by this reference made a part of this Resolution and which specifically names Senators to the Offices of the Thirtieth Legislature, its committee chairs, committee vice-chairs and memberships on standing committees, is adopted in whole and establishes the Majority Caucus of the Thirtieth Legislature, with members elected to each position specifically named in Section 2 of this Resolution and is a member of a committee as provided in Section 3.
