Mexican Flag Burner

Roy Warden TPD ASSISTANT CHIEF ROBINSON REGAINS TRUST, PLOTS VIOLENT CONFRONTATION WITH MEXICAN FLAG BURNERS WardenBurnsMexicanFlags Tucson Arizona June 5, 2006 On April 10, 2006, following the arrest of 6 violent open-border advocates in Armory Park, La Raza leader Isabel Garcia and other political activists began to apply pressure to the Tucson City Council, Mayor Walkup and TPD. The next day Garcia held a press conference and stated the Hispanic Community had lost trust with TPD. Within hours TPD began to regain that trust by arresting Mexican Flag Burner Roy Warden for burning the Mexican Flag. Subsequently, TPD Assistant Chief Robinson met with local community activists and Pendejo Thugs to plot a strategy of intimidation, assault and violent confrontation to deter Warden and his followers from engaging in future public speech. Through a series of communications Robinson and other TPD officials told Warden, Were concerned for your safety. These Mexicans mean to kill you and (in Kennedy park on May 6, 2006) When these people get drunk we may have to leave in fear for our own lives. Robinson then instructed the Pendejo Thugs to confront and assault Warden in Kennedy Park even though Warden and his group was more than a 1,000 feet from the Cinco de Mayo festivities. We need to out-think himgive him something to think about, said one officer, a strategy that successfully

resulted in Wardens group leaving Kennedy Park without completing their speech and burning the Mexican Flag. Warden plans to file assault charges against Wade Colwell and others, and federal criminal and civil actions for conspiracy and deprivation of rights under color of law against assistant Chief Robinson, TPD, the Tucson City Council, and other local officials. Conviction on the criminal charges carries a possible 5 year sentence. This kind of intimidation and assault happened all the time in the south during the Civil Rights Movement, Warden said. The local politicians and police pulled the same kind of stuff on King and his followers until the feds moved in and put a stop to it. Several years ago a similar case was filed in Philadelphia by Christians against the Philadelphia Police Department and a violent homosexual group called The Pink Angels. Warden claims TPD inspired Pendejo Thugs to commit additional acts of provocation on June 3, 2006 when he conducted an SOS Borders event in front of the Mexican Consulate. One jumped right over the rope that guarded our perimeter, Warden said. He was reluctant to leave so I had to encourage him. Later I invited him to enter our space and say whatever he wanted about the border issue, that we were interested in his views. He just smiled and said: I want to fuck your mother.
