Proposed Approach and Work Plan Parker Associates Pvt. Ltd. will perform observation and testing services during both the mass grading operations and backfilling of underground utilities. We will perform the field density tests using the compacted material as required by the job specifications using a nuclear moisture/density gauge. We will also conduct appropriate laboratory tests such as ASTM-1557 Modified Practors. We will provide qualified personnel to perform the entire operation. Mr. Harsh Patel will be the lead field technician responsible for the project. A copy of his resume is included with this proposal for your review. Mr. Harsh Patel will work in close coordination with your Sr. superintendent to ensure rapid quality work. Overall Project management responsibility lies with Mr. Hiten Pandey and Mr. Amit Mishra would be responsible for Project Engineering Services.
