Rental Times: Afternoon Weddings 9:30am 3:30pm Must be out of the room no later than 4:00pm Evening Weddings 6:00pm 12:00am Must be out of the room no later than 12:30am Rental Fees: Room Rental - $600.00 (Includes all set up & tear down, cleaning, white table linens, complimentary colored napkins, all china, glassware and flatware) Ivory Linen - $10.00 per table Chair Covers & Sash - $3.50 each (Includes all set up and tear down) Hurricane Oil Candles - $2.00 each Mirror Tiles (Squares and Octagons) $2.00 each Decorations Tulle with or without lights on the head table - $30.00 Gazebo Rental - $350.00 Gazebo Chairs - $2.50 a chair (Includes all set up and tear down) Gazebo Runner - $30.00 Deposit: $1000.00 (cash or check) to hold the space which will go towards the final balance that is due 7 days prior to the event. Deposit is non-refundable. General Information: Decorating in the room is not allowed until 1 hours prior to the event. All menu selections need to be finalized 30 days prior to the date of the event. MYSTIC CREEK BANQUET INFORMATION

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Although Mystic Creek offers a full line of desserts, exceptions may be made on cakes for special occasions where an additional service fee will apply. Mystic Creek Banquet Center is responsible for the quality and freshness of the food served to our guests. Due to current Health Regulations, all food served at Mystic Creek must be prepared by our culinary staff. Food may not be taken off the premises after it has been prepared and served. Please note that all Federal, State and Local laws with regard to food and beverage purchase and consumption are strictly adhered to. Michigan Law prohibits any intoxicating beverages from being brought into a public events or areas on the premises of Mystic Creek Banquet Center.

SERVICE CHARGES
All food and beverage items are subject to a 6% State Sales Tax and a 18% Service Charge. State Sales Tax may be added on rentals and other applicable items.

GUARANTEES
A guaranteed attendance number is required for all food events ten (10) days prior to the event date, seven (7) days prior for golf events and is not subject to reduction. Mystic Creek will be prepared to serve 5% above the minimum guarantee. Payment will be due for the guaranteed number or the actual attendance, whichever is larger. All menu selections need to be finalized 30 days prior to the date of the event.

RENTALS
Room rentals are to be paid as a deposit and are non-refundable. We will be pleased to arrange any audio-video requirement and any other rentals such as: dance floor, linen, music, etc. for your event.

BILLING
The final balance for the event must be paid seven (7) days prior to the event. Organizations that are tax exempt are required by law to provide a Tax Exempt Certificate along with a letter requesting exemption. Payment is to be in the form of cash, certified check or credit card.

DECORATIONS
We would be happy to assist in any decorating or entertainment needs you may have. Mystic Creek does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceiling with nails, staples, tacks, tape or any other substance unless approval is received prior to the event.

SECURITY
Mystic Creek does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to, during or following any event. All events must be completed by 12:00 a.m. **PLEASE NOTE: Prices quoted are subject to change. Firm costs can be confirmed no more than six months prior to the event. All details are finalized before new prices are in effect and deposit is received
