COMPLIMENTARY ROOM NIGHTS* The Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room night for every ten (10) room nights paid up to seven (7) room nights. UPGRADES Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category (up to Concierge Level) when booking 25 rooms or more or 75 plus room nights. ADDITIONAL WEDDING INFORMATION

Wedding collections must be reserved in advance. The complimentary collection will not apply if requested onsite. All reservations must be booked at least 1 month (31 days) prior to arrival. Dominican Registry office is open from Monday through Friday only.

Photography packages are ready within one (1) month after the ceremony. For couples leaving the day after the wedding there will be a mailing fee of approximately $75.00 USD starting price. Selected photography packages may require additional time.

Wedding passes for 2013: $92.00 USD per person, per day and must be purchased for guests not staying at the hotel. Wedding passes are not guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Example: If you have 20 guests, only 20% of that total can purchase wedding passes, in this case, only 4 guests are able to purchase wedding passes. Wedding passes are subject to availability depending on the occupancy level of the resort. Guest purchasing a wedding pass must exit the property by 11:00pm. No exceptions can be made.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta will provide couples with a variety of in-house services to choose from. A third party vendor fee of $500.00 USD will apply for photographers/videographers and entertainers not contracted through as one of our preferred vendors. Wedding Ceremony can only be performed at the resort where the bride and groom reside. DRESS CODE: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits. Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected restaurants formal dress code applies. Payment Policy for Wedding Collections: A 50% deposit of the complete package is required 14 days after wedding date is confirmed. Final payment is due 45 days prior to ceremony. Non-refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to wedding date Visa, Master Card & American Express is also accepted.
