INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WHFIT! Get it notarized by your local notary first. Use a Notary Presenters Address to Present and accept the documents by using his Mail address. I put Sal on there as he is open to be a presenter or Acceptor. But you will need a local notary to notarized your Whfit. After you are done, you need to grab four Registered Mail Numbers or Confimration Signature numbers and write those numbers in each blank where it says Registered Mail number. Now send it off to either the country clerk office or where I love filing my paperwork at the http://www.nationalrepublicregistry.com. After you receive it you then send the paper work off to the four addresses listed. You need to of course make four copies to do this. Its also good to make
