Capitalism is a very Flawed System but the others are so much worse Capitalism and Socialism are two

opposite economic environments. Each economic e nvironment has its own flaws in aggregate view, but a good economic environment is one which has less flaws when compared to other. Difference: talism lets is a breach ndence in a . Socialism is complete control of government over individual and capi an individual to his free will. This clearly implies that socialism of human rights and freedom thus having no scope for the word indepe socialistic nation. To ensure human rights we must employ capitalism

Problem with capitalism: There are problems with capitalism too. Individuals can thrive natural resources, the increase in the gap between rich and poor. Solution: Natural resources are those which belongs to everyone. So government s hould control the areas which are essential for survival like food and medicine. Government should give subsidies to those who are really poor. A developed count ry is a country in which citizens are well developed. So it is a chance given to citizens to develop or not. If citizens are reluctant for development, governme nt can't develop. When government is giving subsidies poor people are very happy to live like poor. So it is left to the poor whether to leave their poverty by working or not. If they can't work, government is still giving them subsidies, t hey can use the privileges but they must not remain in poverty so long. And finally government should give equal opportunity to both rich and poor. It s hould not concern more about rich or poor. Both should be equal before governmen t. The most important of all that government must do is to educate its citizens abo ut their rights and law. Socialism + Democracy is joke but Capitalism + Democracy is an act of preserving human rights. Indian system (mixed economy) is a good system but it must be mor e capitalistic to be excellent. I think the two main problems with India are une ducated poor and the delay in taking decisions in government. I am uninterested in commenting on nations but here is fact. Hi Friends, According to me Capitalism is a flawed system but every system has i ts pros and cons. In communism everything is controlled by the government someti mes the government forced their people to do that things who they are not really want to do. Even media can't interfere. Nobody can stop them. On the other hand in socialism politicians take the advantage of poor people tried to fulfill the ir requirements. They forced to think that things only which politicians want fo rced to think. In my view capitalism can be good if the government can do things for nation growth not to help rich industrialists. Capitalism can be good for the nation if the government running that nation does n't favour the rich industrialists who are acquiring good control in the market because it can widen the gap between rich and poor. On the other hand socialism can be stressed side by side to favour lower class people which are deprived sec tions of the society. On the other hand China is a good example of communalism because the nation is p rogressing fast on its way to become a developed nation. Thus it simply implies that a nation can definitely progress in communalism if the government cares for its people and plays an important role in the development of the nation unlike the countries such as Myanmar etc. I don't agree with what Mis Anisha has said about the riots taking place in the country. Small things happen everywhere and they can be controlled. And I have r ead from a guy above that China is having more population than India but still i ts progressing fast that's okay but its not the only reason because the China is three times larger than India in terms of area and it has little more populatio n than India. The communist government there has strictly made the rules for families to not t o have more than one child and with this rule they have successfully controlled the increasing population there whereas in India this rule can never be implemen ted in a democracy because the politicians only see the vote banks here and noth ing else. This will result in the declining of resources and so lot of inflation . So we see here the communist government is better than democratic government f or the progress of countries like India. Is the Business of Business only Business? Alright, now where do I begin? Look, it is really simple, alright? Even the so c alled "Big" companies who are pretentiously setting up Schools & other such Publ ic welfare bodies etc are not doing it for free. And trust me when I say this, t he only reason they are at all investing in that sector is only this much that t hey have seen long term profits & huge goodwill deposits in those particular are as. For an instance, a so called 'international school' is set up against huge a nnual fees from each student. Yes, it might result in some benefits for the soci ety, but that is only a By-Product of the business deals made out of it. There a re no two ways about it. The purpose of starting or setting up a business in the first place is to make money. And that intent keeps getting stronger with every penny of profit made. But sometimes, it needs to be camouflaged. I am also agree the business of business is only business because of that today every human being thinking is how to earn money so in that way they are ready to do any business. In the way mostly rural people loosed there life so poverty is developed in slums. Good morning friends. I feel glad to share my thought in front of you. Yes busin ess of business is only business. Business simply means maximize the profit and minimize the lose. If we are earning money then it simply means customer is sati sfy with us. Yeah its true we need to do business after seeing what the customer want. If we are doing business without seeing the requirements of customer then the time and money is spend on it goes for wastage. Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, s uch as between a manufacturer and a wholesaler, or between a wholesaler and a re tailer. Contrasting terms are business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-governm ent (B2G). The volume of B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions is much higher than the vo lume of Business to Consumer transactions. The primary reason for this is tin a hat typical supply chain there will be many Business to Business transactions in volving sub components or raw materials, and only one business to Consumer trans action, specifically sale of the finished product to the end customer. For examp le, an automobile manufacturer makes several Business to Business transactions s uch as buying tires, glass for windscreens, and rubber hoses for its vehicles. T he final transaction, a finished vehicle sold to the consumer, is a single (B2C) transaction. Business to Business is also used in the context of communication and collaborat ion. Many businesses are now using social media to connect with their consumers (B2C); however, they are now using similar tools within the business so employee s can connect with one another. When communication is taking place amongst emplo yees, this can be referred to as "B2B" communication. I think business of business is the only business because if we go some years ba ck the government asked every company to invest 2% of their total revenue in CSR but the studies show no company has spend more than 0. 089% of their total reve nue all they care about is profit because if we look at the selection process of best companies in the world the main criteria on basis of which the company is

awarded is profit and only profit, in case of selling the products ultimate obje ctive is selling more and more so as to earn more and more profit. Not only sell ing but the motive of advertising is also making aware the consumers about the p roduct so that they will buy only their products and company will make cash entr ies in their balance sheets we all know demand is directly propositional to sale and sale leads to profit so all they care about profit even if they provide bet ter quality they charge you for everything quality, transportation, advertisemen t, and technology. So I would love to say business is only business. In current emerging and competitive market no business can able to survive by th e motive of profit only. If they think about only profits and not for the custom ers than society as a whole reject the product and its become a reasoning of the failure of the business. Concept of CSR is adopted by many companies in all over world only because they know that today buyer is the king of the market. There are choices for the customers for a similar product. If one company which supply product only with the motive of profit compete with another having CSR po licy, surely the later one will be winner. Business entities are using the resources of the society so they are responsible for society for fulfilling their need by earning a reasonable level of profits. So business of business is not only business. I disagree nowadays not all the business of business is only business. There are businesses that give preference to quality and customer satisfaction. Again onl y profit doesn't accelerate growth of the business. I agree with my friends but branding also very important for each and every orga nization and the better way of branding is csr activities like recently Mr. amba ni announces to give 2% of their profit to give for social activities and it is helpful for both i would like to explain it with the help of example of HUL SHAK TI PROJECT and ITC e-chaoupal both of these companies help to low class people t hrough this and for themselves so there are many way of such types. And for long run business of biz is not all abt biz it is helpful for short period of time.

Multinational Corporations: Are they Devils in Disguise? As we need trade for implementation of country economy and proper evaluation of value added material/money flow where MNC takes a great role certainly. Change m ake fear, doubt in commoner but MNC aligned with good quality product, services and employment generation, Certainly Big Business service has CSR perspective fo r prosperity of country. We see This can make Good valuation in Indian Market an d to promote from developing country standard it has high impact because It can give good amount of GDP share in our country but what is the situation Governmen t need to be strong from inside in any social and economical issue and good and transparent measure should be taken not for political gain only but for stringen t thrust on social issue like family monetary issue hampering children education and growing. Think positively that MNCs are providing a better opportunity towards employment . No doubt work pressure is high as compared to salary but you could have a chan ce to earn money rather than sitting in home without doing any job. These MNCs are providing jobs to mainly technical and management graduates & at present scenario our govt will definitely not able to provide jobs to such gradu

ates which will increase unemployment. So I don't think that MNCs are devil. Hello Friends, After going through all of your views, I do have some opinion. No doubt today if we are from an average income family, and doing job in any MNC's, We are not st epping back to purchase a car of our own after 2-3 years of our initial service. It shows the standard of living in a developing country like India. The establi shment of MNC's have acted like a catalyst in increasing the economy of the coun try and ultimately the GDP. If we talk about the globalization then I suppose this is one kind of globalizat ion where combined efforts have to be made. I think the only problem lies in imp lementation which India lacks a lot. In country like USA, Australia, UK, Japan e tc. They do have MNC's but the way of dealing is very different. We should not also blame the Government fully because we are the people who are making the Government Because of the establishments of the MNC's our presence ca n be sensed in the world and it has also taken India to heights in terms of tech nologies, employment, services, etc. Regarding the underprivileged ones, I would certainly tell them to wait until a fresh, clean, transparent, non-corrupt Govt. Comes. As for as I am concerned. Positive: MNC companies have created new job opportunities, employment rate is i ncreased or we can say that it reduced the unemployment rate, salary given to th e employees also are high. MNC has given new technologies and also helped to inc rease the economy of a country and a individual human being. With a more MNC com panies in India, the people can get quality products and faster service. Also in a negative side: they take lot of work from employees, it will lead to h ealth problems for employee, also they are having the mentality of a profit rath er than employee welfare to some extent. But the government has to put right nor ms, if an MNC company wants to start a business, government should tell them the rules and regulations, a employee should be given work for only 8 or 9 hours, a lso MNC companies should take social responsibility of the country to take part in some educational and welfare activities. So that MNC companies aware of what we are going to do in the new country, not only a business but also to be part o f development of that country. Final verdict: govt norms should be clear. I don't think that MNC's are devils in disguise. There are lots of advantages fr om MNCs such as: 1. They provide us lots of job with good salary. 2. Provide better quality of products. 3. Provide those product or services which we are not able to buy in our country . 4. Provide fast and easy services. 5. Help in improving our education system. 6. Help in improving living standard. 7. Improving our financial and economical conditions. 8. Inspire youths of our country and so on.

But yes I agree that MNCs take lots of work from our people. They call their emp loyee in late night shift and take work 12-14 hrs which is bad for health of any person. So our government has to ban these things by giving notice to these MNC s that they have no right to take work from any employee for more than 8 hrs. Th ere should be maximum time limit of work which should not be exceeded. As some Indian companies like RELIANCE, TATA GROUPS etc are also MNCs and earn p rofit throughout the world then I think MNCs are not bad. Yes it is true that du e to these MNCs our Indian companies are not famous because people attracts towa rds the foreign products more than the Indian product. But this is the fault of Indian company. If they increase the quality of their product and their services and decrease the rate of the products then they will also become famous and dem and. Hello friends. MNCs have a bilateral role for India. The benefits and the harms to India are we ll clear if we analyze the situations of India before and after the opening of t he Indian market to the world thus creating a open Economy system at the 1990's. Before opening of the market and coming of the large no of MNCs in Indian market we see most of the large organizations of India are owned by either the State G overnment or the Central Govt and a few company are there which can produce prod ucts and services to the International level so they are not competent in the gl obal market. Due to less competition in Indian market in most of the sector from consumer products to the service sectors like cars, trucks, fmcgs, electricity, aviation the quality and condition is poor. The company's have a monopoly in th ose sectors so the effective control of the prices are done to their benefits. Due to this factors throughout the Govt company there is a sluggishness, increas e of corruption level, less hours of works for the job security is looked upon a nd for this the overall quality of Indian market decreases. But still at that time in India to name a few big MNCs like TATA, Reliance are t here who are owned by privates but they share a large role for the development t hat India got till date and most of the citizens prefer to work for them rather to work in Govt company's. So it is not such that a employee wants only to sit and earn his living but he a lways want a healthy environment less level of corruption and oppurtuniy to lear n and grow. So it is a great movement of GOvt of India to open up the economy. The large Cor porate giants like GE, ABB, HUL, SIEMENS, CITY Group and lots more are coming fo r product manufacturing to service Sector. A lots of foreign money have invested to India which in turn pumped in Indian market and boost up the Indian economy. The quality of the Indian market have Increased a lot and it is becoming as per with the international level. The prices are also reducing due to the increased level of competition in the market. So for the same money lots of more people a re served. Lots of new job opportunity are created which may not possible to be created by the Gov in this short span of time. Right now there are near 4. 5 crore people a re employed directly in India out of it 1/2 are in turn employed for the MNC act ivity's may be directly or indirectly. It have helped India to create job opport unity. Due to the globalization lots of new capability in India have been explored. The biggest example is the booming IT sector big giants like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, S atyam which are as per with the global giants like HCL, IBM etc have evolved thr ough the process of Globalization. At present the IT sector is one of the bigges t contributor of Indian GDP and export, it is also the largest employer of the I ntellectuals most of the large no of technical graduates are employed there. If it is utilized fully then it has a large potential to reduce the Export import d eficit. At present electronic equipment's are the second largest contributor for the total import by India and intending to be the largest contributor by 2015. So it can be substantially decreased by increasing to activity of the Electronic Company.

But with the many positive points of MNCs there are many negatives also as such over utilization of the manpower, the drainage of Indian money to the foreign co untry which in-turn harm Indian economy in the long term due to the account defi cit. In this issues Govt should enforce strict rules like the enforcement of the Labo ur law, s of working time, working conditions, properly implement the pollution norms and other laws to protect the public and the Environment. In this issues t he Govt is overlooking many things, the laws are there but they are not properly implemented which harm the India as a whole. In this point the Govt should be m ore strict. The Govt should take proper steps to reduce the drainage of Indian money by impl ementing larger amount of taxes to invest from India to other country, that can let the money earned as profits from Indian operation in Indian Market. But it m ay has some shortcomings of the attraction of Indian market to be invested by th e global MNCs. So looking every points the MNC's have played a lot in Indian development but if they are to be still handled with proper norms by the Govt to be more beneficia l for India. Advertising is a Waste of Resources I think advertisement is not just for taking selling befit from your product, it is a direct and easy way of communication between the particular products and t he customer. It is a popular and fast way to getting attention and interest for a company or a product form the consumer side. A good and proper advertisement r eaches the information about your product to the customer and it also creates a curiosity and excitement in the customer. It is a part of marketing because ther e is a high competition between the companies and products, in that situation yo ur advertisement helps you to promote your business and getting the financial be nefits from your products. For small scale industries, to have a quality product among their consumer with little promotion at initial, if consumer loves that particular goods or services , than that will be their advertisement forever. Limiting the Advertisement also helps in reducing the expenditure done on produc t, so reduces cost. But for Big industries, where the production is very high, advertising plays an fastest and best mode to get there consumer quicker. Hello friends according to my point of view now way days competition is very hig h. When we are introduce the new products in market. How the customers are find out our products. Advertisement is one of most important tool for reach the mess age to the customers. So advertisement is the transporter in between customer an d producer. Advertisement is the tool for send the message to the customers. Hi all, I think advertising is always beneficial for the company if it is execut ed properly. Companies try to give its product or service features through advt. Thus, exploring the beneficial views behind the product. Advertising is one typ e of communication which allows direct contact between the customer and company/ brands. Take the examples of huge giants like Coca-cola, Fevicol, HUL, etc. They use adv t. As a mediator to sale their product to the customer from last two decades & a re quite successful by doing so. Also, Happy dent, Maggi, etc. Have tried to position their brand in the mind of customer through advt. This increases their sales by 50-60%. Finally, advt. For FMCG sector is a great boon for the company's revenue if the ad is executed properly. Hi, according to my point of view advertisement is not wastage of money, we are able to know any product only through advertisement. It provides information of the product. Without advertisement how we are able to know about any product or companies. It also creates aware of many health disorders we are able to know which disease i s spread on which locality.

Not only this it also gives employment to many people. Many creative s minds are als o involved in this. I do agree that adv ertisements is kind of wastage of resources. Though its essential for launch and success of any product, but the money spent on it is enormous and waste. Becaus e these days, companies try to promote their products using celebs in ads. Not o nly that people are misguided and lured into using the products which their favo rite stars or celebs use. Also there are certain ads which are not to seen by children. They tend to affec t their tiny minds. Children are future pillars of a nation, and they are affect ed by violence in the media. Children these days are obstinate and ask their par ents to provide things what they see in ads. Advertisements must show the quality and originality of the products, should be done in a way that does not affect the social harmony and peace.
