I have tried BBQ all over the country. The people of Minnesota shouldnt be stuck eating chain-restaurant baby-back ribs with no meat on them. We use what they call St. Louis Spares which are meatier, hickory-smoked ribs. These things are pretty much all meat, making them a lot easier to eat than those pesky tiny things.
