The Busy Bee

Vol. 1, Issue 10======================================================November 28, 2012 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the Home Front -------------------Early Birds Receive Less Stressful Morning Santa Maria, CA A strange thing happened this morning. The Busy Bee stepped out the door fifteen minutes earlier than normal to start the morning commute. It was glorious. Without the stress of arriving at work late, this time period slots nicely between the higher traffic periods for people commuting to arrive at their workplaces on the hour and half-hour. This resulted in a stress free drive. With the top down in the convertible, the drive appears quite scenic, especially with sunrise just about finishing up. Scientific studies have shown that prolonged time spent in traffic can leads to elevated blood pressure, higher stress levels, and increased irritability. Not only can these symptoms result in chronic diseases down the road, but they make you cranky and very unprofessional. Do everybody a favor. Wake up earlier; drive to work at the speed limit; and enjoy your commute. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sports ----------------------------Toy Story Monte Carlo Style Rally: Timetable Set Corona, CA The Into the Night (ITN) Rallye Club will be putting on their last Monte Carlo Style Road Rally of the 2012 season this Saturday, December 1 in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
