For the Hares, Martin Hall and Brian Wooding won two apiece and Chris Stone one, regardless of the draw Hares remain top of the league, alongside Unity Owls. A much-changed Unity Owls team pulled off a good win against Headlands Herons thanks to two wins each by Nick Howard and lain Lindsay, supported by one Trevor Pattison win and with Howard and Lindsay pairing up to win the doubles. As a result of the 6-4 victory, the Owls move up to share the lead with Headlands Hares. The Herons' points came from a double each by Dave Elliot and Scott Dixon. Ameya Phatak gained his first treble of the season for DCA Jaguars in their match with Unity Band Michael Edwards chipped in with two. The pair then sealed a 6-4 victory by taking the doubles. In reply for the Eagles, Liz May and Gerry Houghton won one each. A third successive Daniel Ives hat-trick and a brace from James Ainsworth helped Unity D to second place in the league but could not prevent a 5-5 draw with Headlands Hornets.
