All RCC works, block work & ceiling plastering works were completed.
Up to 14th Floor Internal wall plastering work completed. Up to 14th Floor internal water line works, sanitary lines, water proofing & Vermiculite filling works are completed. Up to 8th floor Toilet tiling works were completed excluding (A-103, PPL site office). Above 9th floor works in progress. External plastering work completed. Tiling works are completed up to 8th floor. Above 9th floor in progress. Up to 14th floor 1st coat wall putty 90% & 2nd coat 80% completed.

Kitchen Counter top Granite works up to 9th Floor completed. Above 9th floor works in progress.
In Flat 101 & 102 UPVC doors & windows Fixed. In 101 Door frame fixing in progress. Kota in stair S1 & S2 Up to 14th completed. In 12th,13th & 14th floor CPVC line laying in progress. Electrical wiring works completed up to 8th floor & switch board fixing works were completed in 1st floor (2 flats) & remaining are in progress. DB Box fixing above 9th floor in progress.
