Death Valley gets loud after the P.A. announcer says, Its Saturday night in Death Valley and here come your Fighting Tigers of LSU! and stays eardrum-breaking loud for most of the night.

With more than 100,000 Vols fans in the stadium, you would expect it to be loud. Having to listen to the Tennessee band play Rocky Top over and over might add to your headache.

Playing 2001 as the Gamecocks run onto the field and the playing of Sandstorm during the game register high on the noise decibel meter. Just ask Georgia Bulldogs fans.

Well, Tide fans have plenty of things to cheer about, considering Alabama has won two of the past three national titles. Calls of Rollllllllllll Tide! never end.

The end zones are close to the field, which makes it seem like fans are yelling right in the opposing players ears. The Swamp is a leader in noise per fan.
