2 Three from:
Headphones/speakers to output voices to participants/hear other participants. Large screen/projector to see other participants. Web cam/video camera to input/capture video (images of participants/documents). Microphone to input voices of participants/to speak to other participants. Router/modem to transmit data to participants (computers).
Remote control Operating a television Keyboard Entering text when writing a book Touch screen Selecting options in a tourist information kiosk Chip reader Reading information from a credit card Graphics tablet Inputting freehand drawings into a computer
There is more than one table or file. Tables are linked. There is a primary key in each table which is unique. The primary key in one table links with the foreign key in another table. Data in the tables can be combined to produce reports. They minimize data duplication.
There is no need to print an email out so it is more secure. It is quicker and easier for a worker to use their own computer to send an email as faxes are often shared by many workers. Email is more environmentally friendly because they do not need to be printed out. Email is lower cost because there is no paper or ink needed. It is easier to send an email to a group of people using cc. You can attach a file such as a document, photograph, video, etc., to an email. You can send email from anywhere you can get an Internet connection. The person you are attempting to send a message to is more likely to have email access compared to a fax.

7 Direct implementation One mark for one answer similar to the following:
Fastest method of implementation Benefits are available immediately Only have to pay one set of workers who are working on the new system
Parallel running One mark for one answer similar to the following:
If the new system fails then no data will be lost It allows time for the staff to be trained gradually
Phased implementation One mark for one answer similar to the following:
If the new system fails, most of the organization can still use the old system Only need to pay for the work to be done once Training can be gradual as staff only need to be trained on a module at a time IT staff can deal with problems caused by a module before moving onto a new module
Back problems/neck pain sit up straight and do not slouch/use an ergonomically designed chair/change the position of the screen/use a chair with a straight back. Headaches fit adjustable blinds on windows to prevent glare or reflections on the screen/look away from the screen periodically/take regular breaks/adjust the brightness and contrast. Eyestrain/sight problems get glasses/get antiglare screens/look away from the screen periodically/take regular breaks/adjust contrast and brightness/have regular eye tests.
If the aircraft crashed you wouldnt need to replace it saving money. If the aircraft crashed nobody would be injured. It is possible to simulate extreme weather conditions to give pilots practice. It is easy to create unusual flying conditions such as landing with only one engine out of two working. Can recreate mechanical/computer failure from previous real situations such as the wheels not going down. It is much cheaper to use a simulator rather than a real plane because there are no fuel costs.

LAN is confined to a small area/WAN covers a wide geographical area such as between cities, countries, etc. LAN is located in a single building or site/WAN covers lots of buildings such as branches. LAN uses cable, wireless, infra-red and microwave links which are usually owned by the organization, whereas WANs use expensive telecommunications equipment such as satellite links. LANs are cheaper to build as the organization owns the networking equipment. WANs are more expensive because of the expensive services from telecoms companies. LANs have lower speed connections because the amount of data transferred across the network is small. WANs have high amounts of data transfer so need fast connections. LANs are cheaper to run as they are simple, whereas WANs need specialist staff who are highly paid.
