Foreign Universities offer better quality Education than Local Universities.

Nowadays it became a trend for people to send their child to foreign universities because of their level education quality. I disagree with the statement that foreign universities offer better quality education than local universities because of the local universities have high quality education of international standard, offering wide range of course at affordable fees and qualified lecturer including lecturer who form overseas. The first reason why I disagree about foreign universities offer better quality education than local universities is because of high quality education of international standard. Our local universities had improved tremendously from year to year. Moreover, Malaysia has been awarded as the education hub for higher learning which has countless of public and private universities with many foreign students. This shows that the foreigners trust our quality of education more than ourselves. The second reason why I disagree about foreign universities offer better quality education than local universities is because it offering wide range of courses at affordable fees. Comparing to study abroad which are high costs with expensive tuition fees, accommodation, transportation and exchange rates, studying locally are more convenient and save a lot of money. Studying overseas also can create financial woes for some families. It also can causes mental and emotional trauma especially for those who are with shy personalities and anti-social. They will feel homesick and loneliness where can affected their studies in overseas.

Finally, the third and most important reason why I disagree about foreign universities offer better quality education than local universities is because qualified lecturers including lecturers who from overseas All the lecturers are hired based on their experiences which must be at least 5 years in education field. Furthermore, most of the academic programs are received full accreditation from Malaysian Qualifications Agency who formerly known as National Accreditation Council. Thus, our local universities actually have the capability in producing many successful students like doctors, teachers, bankers, lawyers, architects, and others. Based on this argument we cant denied that foreign universities have good point such as advance facilities, good and new environment for students and qualification of universities. However, based on the discussed arguments, I still disagree that foreign universities offer better quality education than local universities because our universitys also have high quality education of international standard, offering wide range of courses at affordable fees and qualified lecturers including lecturers who from overseas.
