Driving Safety
We have quite a few new employees. It is everyones responsibility to help them to do a great job. When you see a new employee at any job site, please ask them if they need anything and ask how they are doing. Help them to learn a job and our system. We will get stronger much faster if everyone is helping new employees. Remember your first day at work? Little lost and confused? So you looked at what others did and how they were doing it, right? We are counting on you to effectively help integrate new employees into our company. Please present a great work attitude and follow the turnover process. So please be a good example. Rather than, not worrying about details, say to your new co-worker, This is how we do it at Apartment Turnovers. Teach them good practices and take pride in your work! Also, please make sure that all of our New Employees feel Welcomed and Supported when they join the ATI Team.

It is very important to drive safely because almost every automobile collision could have been avoided if there would have been just one more second before the impact. Accidents can be fatal or you can maim yourself or someone else for life. There have been millions of people who have been robbed of their lives by the mistakes of other drivers. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there are about 43,000 people killed in car accidents each year in the U.S. In addition to the fatal accidents, roughly about 2.9 million people are injured in car accidents. - You should always plan ahead and know where you are going. - Plan your work day well and leave early enough to avoid rushing. - Watch for other drivers errors. - Drive the speed limit. Speeding can cause car accidents and so can going to slow. - Keep your distance from the driver in front of you. - Look behind you when backing up. Always watch were you are going. - Pay attention to what you are doing and to your surroundings. - Don't get distracted. Dont text and drive. - Double check and expect the unexpected. - You should always check your blind spots and your mirrors. - Driving is a privilege. If you are alert today, someone is going to be alive tomorrow.
