Mr. Labboun releases from the Bureau of Prisons On June 29, 2012. Thus far, he has not
submitted a suitable release address and is without an approved residence. I will meet with Mr.
Labboun when he arrives at the halfay house and investigate any proposed residence. Once a
residence has been investigated and deemed suitable, Mr. Labboun will be permitted to move out
of the halfay house. Mr. Labboun's placement at the halfay house is not punitive, it is to give
him a place to live until he fnds a suitable residence.
