Speed reduced by HALF in stone form. Still needs to breathe, but can hold breath twice as long. Gains H.F. 13 in stone form. Background Skarrte (SCAR-teh) is a soldier in the Wolfen Empire Army. He is from a world very similar to the Palladium world, though in his dimension nearly 10% of all humans, elves, dwarves and wolfen have developed super abilities. The belief is that these powers are powered by god shards. These shards are said to be fragmented essences of gods who were defeated during the Wars of Light and Dark that reincarnate into the chosen few. Skarrte, like most of his race, dislikes humans and dwarves, but tolerates and respects most elves. He he not easily angered and generally has a positive outlook on his life as a soldier. Tends to avoid armor in favor of his stone transformation. Always fights fair and honorable. Despises demons and evil humanoids and would lay down his life to save innocents.
