31st May:- Jack Macks training cancelled Longcourse records: - Congratulations to the following swimmers who set new
longcourse records during the competition at Sunderland 19/20th May Declan Till (11) 50 & 100Free, 200 Back, 50 & 100 Breast, 200 IM Andrew Edwards (12) 50 100 & 200 Free, 50 Back Robert Ogilvy (12) 50 &100 Breast, 50 100 & 200 Fly, 400 IM Charlie Smith (13) 100 400 800 & 1500 Free, 400 IM Matthew Thomson (14) 50 100 & 200 Free, 50 100 & 200 Back, 200 IM

Saltire Shield: -The team travel to Tranent this coming Friday to compete to try
and gain back the ground Tranent had on us from the first round. Warm up is 7pm

Minnows:- this past weekend saw our minnows compete at Midlothian Minnows Meet.
Many PBs gained from this meet. A few Stickers due from this meet too. Congratulations to Lucy Ballantyne who gained her 50 fly stroke and her 50 back in under 55 sec, Competitive diving and 3 competitions stickers. Niamh McInnes gained her 50 back in under 55 sec. Iain Goldie gained his 50m Free in under 50sec. Fantastic meet for those swimmers

Jack Macks:- This weekend saw Cera Gemmell and Erin Crawford compete at the
InCas competition in Dunfermline. Both girls have trained very hard for their 800m free swims, which paid off nicely as both now have bronze drp times for 11yr old in that event (Cera 12:41.22 & Erin 12:35.56). Erin also gained a bronze drp time for 400 Free. Cera went on to swim 200 back beating her own club record in a time of 3:14.95 and also beat her own record in 800m Free. Hugh Taylor won 2 bronze medals at Midlothian for 25m Fly and 25m Back.

ELST:- Brigid Hay also spent the weekend at InCas in persuit of bronze drp times.
Taking a mighty 20 seconds from her 800m Free she is now well inside the time for that, also pbs for 400 IM and 400 Free bringing her times further under the bronze times for those.

M&D's Trip - due to lack of interest this has been cancelled.
