- Assist on replacing the packing seal of Unit 2 SBLO 208, 222 and 220. - Readjust and retighten packing of Unit 2 SBLO 202, 215, 230, 226. - Conducted monthly routine of Unit1 SSC 1 WK 120420-0388. - Replace the packing and calibrated the blowing steam pressure at Unit 2 SBLO 216, 214 and 210. - Semiannual routine maintenance at Unit 1 Boiler Feed pump. - Assist on rectifying the leak at Phosphate Dosing pump suction line. - Assist on rectifying and checking the oil leak at the casing of Unit 1 (C) Mill Main Speed Reducer. - Assist on disconnecting By pass hose to tank reservoir. - Connect Hydraulic Hose to HPP going to crusher. - Short discussion about Alignment. - Assist on rectifying the pump low discharge of Unit 1 and 2 Ammonia Injection Pump-007. - Assist on checking and correcting the HP and IP pressure stop valve. - Assist on rectifying the leak on HP heater. - Assist on putting packing seal in the classifier - Install membrane on skid J at the Reverse Osmosis Plant. - Assist on pulling out t Ball mill Recirculation Pump A at the limestone preparation area due to unusual sound. - Dismantle the Ball mill Recirculation Pump A for Troubleshooting.
