NEPA Criteria to be considered (Required by FTA): Natural resources - vegetation, soils, wetlands, wildlife (T & E) Socioeconomic - traffic, environmental justice, zoning, right-ofway, community, and neighborhood groups, economic issues Cultural resources - historic and archaeological Air and noise potential impacts/ zones Hazardous materials - anthropogenic on-site/off-site

Total project cost is unknown at this time will have an estimate at the end of the study Available funding: 80% Federal Transit Administration 10% NCDOT 10% City of Jacksonville (In-kind and land value is counted as local match) ***Begin working with FTA upon completion to begin programming funds FTA funding will determine implementation schedule
