RE: Filing Ethics Complaints against Attorneys HaCohen, Ashkenazi a) Providing sample electronic signature of Complainant Dr Joseph Zernik, and b) Requesting a sample of the same from President Doron Barzilay Dear President Barzilay and the Central Committee: Thank you again for the response by the Israel Bar in the matter, referenced above. Following recent correspondence in this matter [1-6] and in order to facilitate the expedient filing of the revised Complaints, I am writing to: a) Provide sample electronic signature of Complainant Dr Joseph Zernik Please accept instant letter, bearing at the upper right corner of the PDF document a sample personal electronic signature of the undersigned, Dr Joseph Zernik. b) Request a sample of the same from President Doron Barzilay Please accept instant request for a sample of the electronic signature, issued to President Doron Barzilay in his capacity as an Attorney, pursuant to the Electronic Signature Act (2001), identified as such. The central matter of the Ethics Complaints against Attorneys HaCohen and Ashkenazi pertains to their conduct with no lawful authority, relative to the implementation of the Electronic Signature Act (2001) and the effective establishment of ComSign, LTD, as sole Certifying Authority for the State of Israel. Essential to such conduct is also the concealment of the digital signatures of government officials of the State of Israel, following the implementation of the Act in such manner: In the course of data mining thousands of legal Public Records of the State of Israel from the past decade, not a single visible electronic signature, pursuant to the Act, has been discovered. Requests for samples of electronic signatures, pursuant to the Act, were previously filed with: ComSign, LTD, which has failed to respond so far, and The Ministry of Justice, under a Freedom of Information Request (T-46), which is still pending. The Request includes, but is not limited to an electronic signature of Attorney HaCohen, noted as affixed, but redacted from an electronic legal Public Record of the Ministry of Justice. It should also be noted that the Administration of Courts refuses to respond on any Freedom of Information Requests in such matters with no legal foundation at all. [7] Therefore, absent a sample of the electronic signature of Attorney Doron Barzilay, and with the Jerusalem Committee pressing for expedient filing of a revised Complaint, the undersigned may find himself filing Ethics Complaints with the Israel Bar Association, in this matter, where the Bar: Establishes ad hoc rules for the complaint procedure;

Adjudicates complaint by a member of the public at large against its own members - Attorneys HaCohen and Ashkenazi; Is in business relationship with the alleged beneficiary of the unlawful conduct ComSign, LTD, and With ComSign, LTD, Attorneys HaCohen and Ashkenazi, and others, conceals from the public and the Complainant key evidence in the subject matter electronic signatures of the State of Israel, pursuant to the Act.
