Sc, SCV, MRICS is the Managing Director/Principal of KTIMATIKI a CORFAC International office and continues to serve as President of FIABCI Greece, the International Real Estate Federation. He specializes in industrial and commercial properties, office relocation, investment and hospitality in addition to Valuation Advisory Consultation. With more than thirty years experience in full service real estate, Mike has consulted many multinational companies on the sale of their real estate assets and acquisitions in Greece. Mike has been president of FIABCI Greece 2006 to present and an NGO at the UN with FIABCI. He is also president of the conference committee. His extensive professional experience in the real estate market makes him adequate to his collaboration in Greece and abroad. As a real estate agent, he has contributed to the development of properties of multinational companies in Greece. At the same time he has contributed to the Greek and International real estate community due to his participation in local and international affiliations. His status as President of FIABCI Greece and ex. board member of FIABCI enable him to have the flexibility for international business promotion. His activity and active involvement in the Greek market give him the know how of local expertise of laws and bylaws.
