Prepare all the necessary documents before you deliver the application to the Embassy, otherwise the application might be rejected. Please tick off and sign below to confirm which documents you have submitted. Applicants passport photo (white background) not older than six months (35-40MM). Application form for Residence permit and cover letter from the online application portal https://selfservice.udi.no/ Applicant's "Applicant Information Form for skilled jobseeker", duly completed. Copy of your documentation of relevant education. Documents should include information about duration, content and the level of the educational institution. Copy of your documentation of relevant work experience. Documents should include detailed information from former employers about the duration, tasks and the nature of the activities. Copy of documentation of housing in Norway (e.g. Tenancy agreement, lease of house, etc.) Copy of applicant's birth certificate with apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs.. Copy of applicants passport (all relevant and used pages). The passport should have at least six months validity, containing at least two blank pages and issued within the previous ten years Documentation proving change of name (if any). Documentation that you have sufficient funds for the period which you intend to stay in Norway. This must correspond to salary grade one in the pay scale for Norwegian state employees. This currently corresponds to NOK 107 450 for six months. Applicant's "Power of Attorney" duly completed (Optional). Copy of travel and medical insurance. The insurance have to be valid for all the Schengen countries with minimum coverage of EUR 30,000. The insurance shall be valid for the period you are applying for a residence permit.
