Also, for every business signed up by you for Smart Listing, you earn 33% on the initial registration amount and 20% monthly on the monthly Electronic Clearning System payments till such time your Client continues to pay to Just Dial. Top 8) What details do I have to provide for data collection? Effective 1st August Justdial will pay you upto Rs 50/- for every complete unique data entered by you in our database based on the break up of pay out and details required. Top 12) Can I earn money if I provide additional information on the existing data in Just dial? No , you earn the data collection amount only from unique and new data which is not available in the database of Just Dial. Top

13) What are the kind of businesses / Clients that I could think of including in free listings or Smart listing for database? Any business establishment , shops, Consultants, local electrician, plumber, Police Stations, Government Offices, Schools, Play Homes, Day Care centres, Tuition teachers, Car mechanics, Scooter repairs, Doctors, Engineers, Contractors, Buildes, Real Estate Developes, Brokers, Architects, Aluminium fabricators, the list can be endless for database and the same set of Clients can be prospected by you for advertising in Just Dial with the Smart listing pack as mentioned above. Top 14) When will the data's entered by me in the Reseller program be viewable by all in the website? All data's entered by a Reseller will be viewed only after the data is audited by the Database Team from Justdial. The audit of the data's are normally completed by the 20th of the subsequent month, thereafter the data's are uploaded into the website if data's provided by the Reseller is found to be accurate. Top 15) What are the kind of data's that will not be entertained or rejected by Just Dial? Residential addresses, road side vendors and any business listings which has incorrect information or data's not having any contact number, categories etc. Top 16) Is there any proof to be provided to Just Dial for authenticity of data? Yes, Just Dial reserves the right to upload any data or reject any data. At any point of time Just Dial and its Officers can ask for submission of proof like the visiting card of the business establishment or shop or office to ensure that you have personally tried to take the information from the respective shop / office. Top 17) Why is Just Dial particular about proof of any business recorded by Reseller into the database? Just Dial since its inception has ensured that the data uploaded in the website is accurate and the information given to its customers are highly reliable. Top 18) How is the accuracy of the data through Data Collection provided by me checked by Just Dial? Our Database team will take the data provided by the Reseller and do a telecalling execise to check the authenticity of data. The calls will be made directly to the number provided against each Business listing. Top 19) What can be done with the Rejected data as claimed by Justdial? The rejected data will be uploaded back into your reseller account. Uploading accurate data is of utmost importance for Justdial and any inaccurate data does not help in servicing our Customers who call for information. In case of repeated instances of invalid records provided by a Reseller, Justdial may take serious action against such Reseller which may also involve Termination of Resellership. For other cities, TYPE B Cities , the Smart Listing package is priced at Rs 1500/- as a onetime registration charge and Rs 500/- as monthly renewals ( paid in the form of ECS). The rates mentioned above are exclusive of applicable Service Tax. Top 21) Are there any taxes to be paid by the Clients? Yes. The clients need to include a Service Tax of 10.30% on the charges for Smart Listing package. For TYPE A Cities , the total Registration charge paid by the client is 2999 + (2999*10.3%) = Rs 3308/For TYPE B Cities, the total registration charge paid is 1500 + (1500*10.30%) = Rs 1655/Similarly the total monthly renewals, inclusive of Service Tax, are 552. Top 22) What are the benefits of Smart Listing for Advertisers? Top 28) What if my Client / Advertiser pays the yearly amount in one lump sum cheque? Yes, we can accept the payment for a years subscription, however you will be paid only 20% as commission for the entire transaction and not as explained earlier. Top 29) What is lump sum amount? In case a Client does not want to opt for one time registration amount for Smart listing and the monthly ECS option , he is free to pay the yearly amount applicable for Smart Listing in one shot based on the type of city as explained in Question 7. Example : In case a Type A City Client opts to pay Lumpsum amount without video upload the amount payable will be Rs.2999/- + ( Rs.500*12) =Rs.8999/- plus 10.3% Service Tax = Rs.9925.90 In case a Type A City Client opts to pay Lumpsum amount with video upload the amount payable will be Rs.2999/- + ( Rs.750*12) =Rs.11999/- plus 10.3% Service Tax = Rs.13234.90 In case a Type B City Client opts to pay Lumpsum amount the amount payable will be Rs.1500/- + ( Rs.500*12) =Rs.7500/- plus 10.3% Service Tax = Rs.8272.50 Top 30) Are there any targets?
