Embedded based Mobile Phone controlled Alive Human Detector using Robotics

It is difficult for a human being to enter into a debris and find out if there are any Survival. So we have constructed a robo which has a free forward/Reverse and full 360 deg movement, to move into the debris to find out the survival. It consists of an IR based human radiation sensor which picks up signals from human body radiations and gives a signal o/p. Whenever any human being comes in the vicinity of the system (upto 8m) the IR system gives an Signal. The Movement of the robot can be controlled through a mobile phone. The Robot also has a wireless RF interface with the nearby PC to which the robo can signal the PC if it finds any alive human. The Rf Frequency range is 433.92 Mhz. Apart from this the robo is built with some Artificial intelligence for its safety. It has a built in Intruder Sensor, Fire sensor, heat sensor. This project is divided into modules for better understanding of the circuit. The modules include Cell phone Control Circuitary PIC Microcontroller Board Optocoupler With Stepper Driver Board Stepper Power Supply Board. Wireless TX/RX Module Human Radiation Detector Artificial Intelligence Circuits Cell Phone Control Circuitary This Board is used to convert the commands given by the cell phone to logic level signal and provides the input to the Embedded microcontroller.

PIC Embedded microcontroller Board This is the board which contains PIC Embedded microcontroller Chip as well as the clock Circuitary, Reset Circuit and Power Supply for the PIC Embedded microcontroller. OptoCoupler With Stepper Driver Board. The need of Optocoupler is to isolate the Embedded microcontroller Board form the Stepper Motor to restrict any high voltage to the Embedded microcontroller board. And this board also contains stepper Driver circuit to amplify the Voltge and to withstand high current because the pulse coming out from the Embedded microcontroller is not tough enough to drive the Motor. Stepper Power Supply. This board contains the power Supply for the stepper motor and relay driver. Wireless TX/RX Module The RF Tx/Rx Module is used for the communication between the robo and the PC. The Freq used is 433.92 MHz. Human Radiation Detector: This is a sensor module which used to detect any alive human. Artificial Intelligence Circuit: The AI Circuits coverts the output of LDR, Thermistor and IR Intruder sensor to digital level signals to provide input to the Micro controller.
