UOP ha ottenuto la Certificazione del Sistema Qualit secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001 nel 1997. Consapevoli del fatto che la soddisfazione del Cliente condizione indispensabile per il successo dellazienda, questa strategia garantisce e consolida i risultati ottenuti nel mercato, a tal fine ci si dati come obiettivo il costante miglioramento della qualit dei propri prodotti e servizi. Come ulteriore spinta verso linnovazione UOP intende certificarsi nel prossimo futuro secondo le norme: AS 9100 Sistema di Gestione per la Qualit - Serie Aerospaziale, UNI EN ISO 14001 Sistema di Gestione Ambientale, OHSAS 18001 Sistema di Gestione per la sicurezza e salute dei lavoratori. Obtaining in 1997 the Certification of the Quality System according to the norm UNI EN ISO 9001,knowing that the satisfaction of the customer is an essential condition for the success of the company, and that this strategy is the only thing that can guarantee a consolidated result, UOP aims for a continue quality of its own products and services. In order to guarantee that this strategy will be always implemented with determination, UOP is operating to certify, in the immediate future according to the norm: AS 9100 Management System for the QualitySeries Aerospace UNI EN ISO 14001 Management System of the Ambient OHSAS 18001 Management System for the security and the healthcare of the workers.

RICERCA E PROGETTAZIONE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Specifiche esigenze del Cliente possono richiedere la realizzazione di utensili con forme e geometrie particolari. Le conoscenze tecniche e l'esperienza di oltre 30 anni consentono alla UOP di soddisfare tali richieste fornendo un attento e sicuro supporto nella fasi di Progettazione, nella attivit seguente di fabbricazione, ed in seguito presso il Cliente, nelle fasi di test ed utilizzo in produzione fornendo unitamente un efficace Servizio di Supporto Tecnico.

Specific needs on the customer's side may require the production of tools with special shapes and geometries. Over 30 years of experience and technical know-how enable UOP to meet these needs by supplying through, reliable support during design, during post-manufacture activities and subsequently on the customer's premises, during tests and use in production. An effective Technical Back-up Service is also provided.

TRATTAMENTI TERMICI HEAT TREATMENT

STS esegue i trattamenti termici sottovuoto: l'esperienza maturata in campo metallurgico e l'impiego di impianti di nuova concezione consentono oggi di proporre trattamenti mirati alle differenti esigenze. STS performs a vacuum heat treatment: our experience in the metallurgic industry and the use of new machinery, have enabled us to offer treatments aimed at satisfying different demands.

RIAFFILATURA E RIVESTIMENTI COATING AND RESHARPENING

STS ha costituito un importante e prestigioso centro di Riaffilatura e Rivestimenti dotato delle pi moderne e sofisticate tecnologie in grado di fornire un servizio rapido e di qualit. L'esperienza, assistita dalle pi moderne tecnologie CNC, consente il ripristino delle pi efficaci capacit di lavoro dell'utensile nel totale rispetto delle geometrie e dei profili originari. L'Utensile rigenerato pu essere trattato in superficie mediante Rivestimento PVD per conferirgli migliore affidabilit e durata.

STS has established an important, prestigious Coating & Resharpening centre equipped with the latest, most sophisticated technologies, capable of providing a quick, high quality service. The company's experience, backed up by the latest CNC technologies, allows the tool to be restored to optimum performance levels, conforming in full with the original geometries and profiles. The regenerated tool may receive a surface treatment of PVD coating to improve its reliability and durability.

TECNOLOGIA E AMBIENTE TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Attenta alle problematiche ecologiche UOP ha fatto propria l'esigenza di coniugare la presenza di insediamenti produttivi con l'ambiente attraverso importanti e significativi investimenti in impianti di depurazione delle emissioni in atmosfera e filtraggio e riciclo degli olii minerali nel totale rispetto del pi moderno ed attuale pensiero che pone l'ecologia al primo posto quale garanzia della qualit della vita di oggi e domani.

Aware of ecological concerns, UOP ensures that production facilities are environment-friendly by making large investments in plants for treatment of atmospheric emissions and for filtering and recycling mineral oils, in full accordance with the latest, most modern thinking which places the environment as the major factor in guaranteeing quality of life, today and tomorrow.

CONTROLLO E QUALIT CONTROL AND QUALITY

Al termine del ciclo produttivo l'utensile viene sottoposto a minuziosi controlli con parametri pi restrittivi di quelli dettati dalle norme UNI e DIN. UOP ha conseguito la Certificazione secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 9001. On completion of the production cycle, each tool undergoes meticulous inspection using parameters more restrictive than those dictated by the UNI and DIN standards. UOP has obtained certification under UNI EN ISO 9001 and implemented the requirements of these standards.
