Introduction

The objective of this Project is to get information about a hotel (facilities, amenities, how the staff works departments and functions) This information it will be used to increase our knowledge about hotels and the information will be presented in front of the class for sharing and discussion.

Finding out and reporting information about hotels.

Specific objectives
-Knowing about each department and its functions. -Searching the importance of the work the staff does in the hotel. -Identifying the facilities and amenities the hotel offers.

Location: Hotel Cristal Ballena is located 7k south

from Uvita, Ballena Coast, Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Type of hotel: It is a Boutique, 4 star Beach Hotel Departments and staff: -Front desk 5 person

*Checking in the guests that arrive to the hotel *Checking out the guests that leave the hotel. * Attending the guests that need information about the tours, amenities, facilities. * Registration of the reservations. *The front desk is in charge of welcoming the guests.
