To all it may concern, I, Jeffrey Sweeney, current LCP of LC Lugano and NST of Learning & Development for AIESEC

Switzerland, would like to personally endorse Amr Badr for the position of MCP of AIESEC Egypt. I have personally seen the passion and drive that he has for the position and his country with the right characteristics to effectively lead. My first encounter with Amr was as a delegate of MENA XLDS 2011. I had been quite skeptical of the conference in March as I was worried what might happen to the conference given external factors within the country, yet the international conference was delivered perfectly and continues to be one of my fondest of the 16 conferences and 4 conferences I have attended as an international delegate. Amr as CC VP Finance of MENA XLDS 2011 showed properly the ability to handle major responsibility under stress and time limitations and excelled under the challenge. Given other people in the position, many would have left, said it was impossible, or had given up. If MENA XLDS 2011 had been canceled, everyone would have understood. Yet Amr was part of a team that refused and delivered a beautiful conference that I dont think any delegate attending will ever forget. In a more personal perspective, I have seen Amr to be a very confident yet approachable person. He genuinely understands AIESEC, its values and morals, and what it can do for the development and growth of a person. More importantly, he sees the ability that AIESEC can have on his country and truly believing in the mission of AIESEC 2015s goal in what it means for Egypt. I believe Amr has what it takes to be MCP of AIESEC Egypt and that he will leave his MC much stronger, both in how students and members view AIESEC Egypt but also in how the network perceives AIESEC Egypt. Best Regards,

Jeffrey Sweeney
