HOW TO

MAKE A LETTER WHERE TO BEGIN


1. Cut plywood sheet into 700mm x 300mm.
2. Cut plywood into lengths as shown (Fig 1).

HOLDER 3. Cut 42mm x 19mm pine into 3 lengths of 140mm.


4. Cut one 42mm x 19mm pine length down the middle to make 2
pieces 20mm x 19mm.
5. Cut 45O angle at one end of each piece. Then measure 100mm
and cut curve at other end (See Fig 2).
6. Cut curve into 2 pieces of 42mm x 19mm (See Fig 3). Glue and nail

• Wood working glue 90mm
• Nails 15mm brads
