1.1Introduccin BienvenidoaOpenOffice.orgCalclaplanilladeclculolibredeSunMicrosystems,estaaplicacin esindispensableenlaadministracindecualquierempresauorganismo,nosdalaposibilidadde generarclculosentiemposmuycortosymanejandograndesvolmenesdedatos,conelagregado depodervisualizarestosvaloresatravsdeimportantesgrficos,tambinsedesempeacomouna muybuenagestoradedatos.Dejemosdeprestigiartantoypasemosatrabajarconlaherramienta. 1.2AccederaOpenOfficeCalc Para ejecutar OpenOffice Calc, basta con acceder al men de las aplicaciones de OpenOffice ubicadoenelmenOficina(hacerclicenelmenprincipalenlabarradetareas,comomuestrala Figura1).

2.1Modificaroeliminarcontenidodeunacelda Paramodificarelcontenidodeunacelda,esposiblerealizaralgunadelassiguientesoperaciones:

Seleccionarlaceldayrealizarundobleclicderatn SeleccionarlaceldayacontinuacinpulsarlateclaF2

Alrealizaralgunadeestasoperaciones,esposibleeditarelcontenidodelacelda.Conlasteclasde direccinpuededesplazarseporelcontenidodelaceldaobiensituarseencualquierlugarconun clicderatn.UnavezrealizadaslascorreccionespulselateclaEnter. Paraeliminarelcontenidocompletodeunaomsceldas,unavezseleccionada(s),pulselatecla SuproDelete,luegodeestoelcontenidodelaceldasereliminado. 2.2Cortar,copiarypegardatos ConOpenOfficeCalcpuedecopiarocortar(mover)celdasdesdeyhaciacualquierotracelda,hoja decalculo,librodeOpenOfficeCalcuotraaplicacin. Lasoperacionesdecopiarycortarsediferencianbsicamenteenquelaprimeradeellasmantiene losdatosensulocalizacinoriginal,realizandounduplicadodelosmismos,mientrasquelaopcin cortarborralosdatosdelaubicacindeorigen.Estasoperacionespuedenserhechasconlatcnica dearrastrarycolocar. Paracortaromoverdatosusandoarrastrarycolocar,seleccioneelrangodeorigen,siteelpuntero delratnenalgunodelosbordesdelrangoseleccionado,hagaunclicderatn,ysinsoltarelbotn, arrastreelbloqueseleccionadohastadejarloenlaposicinquedesee.Paracopiardatoseslo mismo,pero,enestecaso,unavezseleccionadoelrangoorigen,sedebemantenerpulsadalatecla Controlmientrassearrastraelbloqueseleccionado. Tambinpuedecortarocopiardatosatravsdelportapapeles,as,mientraslosdatosnosepeguen, semantienenenunespaciodememoria(llamadoPortapapeles).Paracortarocopiardatosdebe seleccionarelrango(lasceldas),yposteriormentellevarloalportapapelesmediantealgunadelas siguientesopciones:

SeleccionarelcomandoCortaroeldeCopiardelmenEdicin. SeleccionarelcomandoCortaroeldeCopiardelmenEdicindesdeelmencontextualque aparecealhacerclicconelbotnderechodelratnsobrelazonaseleccionada. Hacerclicenelbotncortarocopiar,delabarradeherramientasestndar. PresionarlasteclaCTRLylaletraX,paracortar,obien,laletraCTRLylaC,paracopiar.

Parapegarlosdatoscopiadosocortados,noesnecesarioseleccionartodoelrangodedestino,basta conseleccionarlaprimeraceldadelrango,yluegopresionarlasteclasCTRLylaletraV,oiral comandoPegar,desdeelmeneditarodesdeelmencontextualquesedespliegaalhacercliccon elbotnderechoenellugardondesedeseadejarlosdatosdelportapapeles.

2.3Pegadoespecial Tambinpuedehacerunpegadoespecialdelosdatoscopiadosocortados.Estoestilencasoque NOdeseecopiarlaceldacontodasuinformacin(tantodatos,comolosdiversosformatos aplicadosalasceldas),comolohacelaoperacindepegadotradicional. PuedeseleccionarlaopcinPegadoespecial...desdeelmenEditarodesdeelmencontextual quesedespliegaalhacerclicconelbotnderechoenellugardondedejarlosdatosdel portapapeles.Alpegardatosconpegadoespecial,semostrarelcuadrodedilogodelaFigura9.

Vincular:Introduceenlasceldasdedestinolareferenciaalaceldadeorigenquele corresponde,demodoquesisemodificaunvalorenlaceldadeorigen,semodificarenlade destino.

EnDesplazarceldas:sedefinenlasopcionesdedesplazamientodelasceldasalpegarlaseleccin.

2.4Asignarformatoaunacelda Alintroducirundatoenunacelda,OpenOfficeCalcvaaintentar,enprimerlugar,interpretarlo comounnmero,ypordefectoalinearlosnmerosaladerechayeltextoalaizquierda. Intentar,asmismo,aplicarleunformato.Porejemplo,siescribeenunacelda24601ypulsala tecla<Enter>parafijaresevalor,OpenOfficeCalcautomticamenteinterpretaesedatocomouna fechaylotransformaa24/06/01. Sielnmeroesmuygrandeynoesposibledesplegarloenlacelda,OpenOfficeCalcaplicarel formatocientfico,cuyaaparienciaes5,73478E+9.Lainterpretacindeestaexpresinesfcil,el E+9equivalea10Exp(9),10elevadoa9,oloqueesigual,amultiplicarporun1seguidode9 ceros.Siandeestemodo,elnumeronocupieseenlacelda,staaparecerrellenadelossmbolos: ########### Lonormalseresperaraintroducirtodoslosdatosparaposteriormentepasaraaplicarlosformatos. Paraesto,enprimerlugarseleccionelaceldaoceldasencuestinydesdeelmenFormato,ejecute elcomandoCeldas.Conesto,OpenOfficeCalcmostrarelcuadrodedilogoAtributosdecelda quemuestralaFigura10.

EnBordepuedeescogereltipodelneasquerodearnlasceldasseleccionadas,sugrosor, estilo,posicin,etc. EnFondo,puedeescogeruncolorparaelfondodelaceldaodelconjuntodeceldas seleccionadas.

AlgunasdelasopcionesdisponiblesenelcuadrodedilogodeAtributosdeCelda,laspuede encontrardisponiblesenlosbotonesdelabarradeherramientasFormato. 2.5Aplicarautoformato Paradarleunformatoatractivoalasceldasdeformamsfcil,puedeutilizarlaherramientade formateadoautomtico.Paraempezar,seleccioneelreadedatosalaquelequiereaplicarun formato(elreamnimaalaquelepuedeaplicarunformatoesde3filaspor3columnas),luego, enlabarrademenvayaaFormatoyseleccioneAutoFormato,traslocualseverlaventanadela Figura11.

3.2Modificareltamaodefilasycolumnas Pordefecto,OpenOfficeCalcajustalaalturadelafilaalcontenidodelamisma.Encambio,el anchodelacolumnasemantienefijo,ysielcontenidonocabeenlacelda,esteinvadirlacelda contigua,siemprequeestvaca,delocontrariolosdatosquedarnocultos. Paracambiareltamaodeunafila,acerqueelcursorhastaelmargenderecho,enlazonaenlaque aparecelanumeracindelasfilas,obienalmargensuperior,dondeaparecenlasletrasque designanlascolumnas,paracambiarelanchodeunacolumna.Acontinuacinsiteelcursorenla unindedosfilasodoscolumnashastaquecambiedeapariencia,adoptandoladeunaflecha doble.Luegopresionesinsoltarelbotndelratnyarrstrelohastaelaltodefilaoanchode columnaquedesee. Siconoceelvalorexactodelaalturadelafilaodelanchodelacolumna,enelmenFormato,elija elcomandoFilaocolumnayenelsiguientemendesplegableAltura...oAncho...Trasesto apareceruncuadrodedialogo(verFigura13)quepideelvalordelaalturadelafilaoelanchode columnasegncorresponda.
