Experience:

Over 23 years of successful practice and leadership as Architect and Manager. Project
experience includes Educational, Judicial, and Commercial, Federal and College and
University projects, providing sound practical experience for both firms and clients. Past
responsibilities have spanned the complete project process from contracts,
programming, project design, design development, construction documents, project
coordination, consultant management and construction administration. Office operation
responsibilities have included marketing, scheduling, resource allocation, personal
reviews and team management. Professional involvements have included, CAD
instructor, LEED Accreditation, and LEED Lecturer, and AIAENY President.

Project Description:

The renovation and expansion of the Hamilton College science facili-


ties provides the campus with an integrated science center that houses
the departments of biology, chemistry, geosciences, physics, and psy-
chology, and the faculty with specialties in archaeology.

The complex has:

• 56 offices for faculty and staff


• 48 teaching laboratories
• 53 research laboratories
• 67 support rooms
• student study areas
• 11 classrooms

Project Description:

The Albany School of Humanities (ASH) is one of the three


magnet elementary schools in the City School District of Al-
bany and serves students in grades Pre-K through 6.
The humanities approach provides students with an overview
of diverse cultures reflected in art, language, literature, music,
drama, dance, and government. A Spanish program in all
grades facilitates language acquisition and stimulates interest in
language learning. Chinese language and culture are also in-
fused into the primary curriculum.

review, we completed comprehensive code review and
systems review.

Summary of Responsibilities:
This joint study was completed with CHA to providing
a comprehensive evaluation of the condition, codes and
overall health of the EGG. Each item was estimated and
