Procedure: 1. Place cabbage in large bowl. Peel, grate onion. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds, dice. Add onion and peppers to cabbage. Combine vinegar, sugar turmeric, celery seed, mustard seed and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture, mixing well. Cool; store in refrigerator.
