2.1Modificaroeliminarcontenidodeunacelda Paramodificarelcontenidodeunacelda,esposiblerealizaralgunadelassiguientesoperaciones:

Seleccionarlaceldayrealizarundobleclicderatn SeleccionarlaceldayacontinuacinpulsarlateclaF2

Alrealizaralgunadeestasoperaciones,esposibleeditarelcontenidodelacelda.Conlasteclasde direccinpuededesplazarseporelcontenidodelaceldaobiensituarseencualquierlugarconunclic deratn.UnavezrealizadaslascorreccionespulselateclaEnter. Paraeliminarelcontenidocompletodeunaomsceldas,unavezseleccionada(s),pulselateclaSupr oDelete,luegodeestoelcontenidodelaceldasereliminado. 2.2Cortar,copiarypegardatos ConOpenOfficeCalcpuedecopiarocortar(mover)celdasdesdeyhaciacualquierotracelda,hojade calculo,librodeOpenOfficeCalcuotraaplicacin. Lasoperacionesdecopiarycortarsediferencianbsicamenteenquelaprimeradeellasmantienelos datosensulocalizacinoriginal,realizandounduplicadodelosmismos,mientrasquelaopcin cortarborralosdatosdelaubicacindeorigen.Estasoperacionespuedenserhechasconlatcnicade arrastrarycolocar. Paracortaromoverdatosusandoarrastrarycolocar,seleccioneelrangodeorigen,siteelpuntero delratnenalgunodelosbordesdelrangoseleccionado,hagaunclicderatn,ysinsoltarelbotn, arrastreelbloqueseleccionadohastadejarloenlaposicinquedesee.Paracopiardatoseslomismo, pero,enestecaso,unavezseleccionadoelrangoorigen,sedebemantenerpulsadalateclaControl mientrassearrastraelbloqueseleccionado. Tambinpuedecortarocopiardatosatravsdelportapapeles,as,mientraslosdatosnosepeguen,se mantienenenunespaciodememoria(llamadoPortapapeles).Paracortarocopiardatosdebe seleccionarelrango(lasceldas),yposteriormentellevarloalportapapelesmediantealgunadelas siguientesopciones:

SeleccionarelcomandoCortaroeldeCopiardelmenEdicin. SeleccionarelcomandoCortaroeldeCopiardelmenEdicindesdeelmencontextualque aparecealhacerclicconelbotnderechodelratnsobrelazonaseleccionada. Hacerclicenelbotncortarocopiar,delabarradeherramientasestndar. PresionarlasteclaCTRLylaletraX,paracortar,obien,laletraCTRLylaC,paracopiar.

Parapegarlosdatoscopiadosocortados,noesnecesarioseleccionartodoelrangodedestino,basta conseleccionarlaprimeraceldadelrango,yluegopresionarlasteclasCTRLylaletraV,oiral comandoPegar,desdeelmeneditarodesdeelmencontextualquesedespliegaalhacerclicconel botnderechoenellugardondesedeseadejarlosdatosdelportapapeles.

2.3Pegadoespecial Tambinpuedehacerunpegadoespecialdelosdatoscopiadosocortados.Estoestilencasoque NOdeseecopiarlaceldacontodasuinformacin(tantodatos,comolosdiversosformatosaplicados alasceldas),comolohacelaoperacindepegadotradicional. PuedeseleccionarlaopcinPegadoespecial...desdeelmenEditarodesdeelmencontextualque sedespliegaalhacerclicconelbotnderechoenellugardondedejarlosdatosdelportapapeles.Al pegardatosconpegadoespecial,semostrarelcuadrodedilogodelaFigura9.

Vincular:Introduceenlasceldasdedestinolareferenciaalaceldadeorigenquele corresponde,demodoquesisemodificaunvalorenlaceldadeorigen,semodificarenlade destino.

Sielnmeroesmuygrandeynoesposibledesplegarloenlacelda,OpenOfficeCalcaplicarel formatocientfico,cuyaaparienciaes5,73478E+9.Lainterpretacindeestaexpresinesfcil,elE+9 equivalea10Exp(9),10elevadoa9,oloqueesigual,amultiplicarporun1seguidode9ceros.Si andeestemodo,elnumeronocupieseenlacelda,staaparecerrellenadelossmbolos: ########### Lonormalseresperaraintroducirtodoslosdatosparaposteriormentepasaraaplicarlosformatos. EnBordepuedeescogereltipodelneasquerodearnlasceldasseleccionadas,sugrosor, estilo,posicin,etc. EnFondo,puedeescogeruncolorparaelfondodelaceldaodelconjuntodeceldas seleccionadas.

AlgunasdelasopcionesdisponiblesenelcuadrodedilogodeAtributosdeCelda,laspuede encontrardisponiblesenlosbotonesdelabarradeherramientasFormato. 2.5Aplicarautoformato Paradarleunformatoatractivoalasceldasdeformamsfcil,puedeutilizarlaherramientade formateadoautomtico.Paraempezar,seleccioneelreadedatosalaquelequiereaplicarunformato (elreamnimaalaquelepuedeaplicarunformatoesde3filaspor3columnas),luego,enlabarra demenvayaaFormatoyseleccioneAutoFormato,traslocualseverlaventanadelaFigura11.

Trasrealizaresto,aparecerelcuadrodedialogoInsertarceldas(verFigura12),enelcualdebeelegir unadelascuatroopcionesdisponiblesyhacerclicenelbotnAceptar.

3.2Modificareltamaodefilasycolumnas Pordefecto,OpenOfficeCalcajustalaalturadelafilaalcontenidodelamisma.Encambio,elancho delacolumnasemantienefijo,ysielcontenidonocabeenlacelda,esteinvadirlaceldacontigua, siemprequeestvaca,delocontrariolosdatosquedarnocultos. Paracambiareltamaodeunafila,acerqueelcursorhastaelmargenderecho,enlazonaenlaque aparecelanumeracindelasfilas,obienalmargensuperior,dondeaparecenlasletrasquedesignan lascolumnas,paracambiarelanchodeunacolumna.Acontinuacinsiteelcursorenlauninde dosfilasodoscolumnashastaquecambiedeapariencia,adoptandoladeunaflechadoble.Luego presionesinsoltarelbotndelratnyarrstrelohastaelaltodefilaoanchodecolumnaquedesee. Siconoceelvalorexactodelaalturadelafilaodelanchodelacolumna,enelmenFormato,elijael comandoFilaocolumnayenelsiguientemendesplegableAltura...oAncho...Trasestoaparecer uncuadrodedialogo(verFigura13)quepideelvalordelaalturadelafilaoelanchodecolumna segncorresponda.
