Are neutrinos faster than Einstein s speed of light theory or not?

European Organization for Nuclear Research has found that the subatomic neutrino can travel faster than the speed of light. Unfortunately they cannot confirm yet about that new foundation of modern physics. Further experiment regarding the speed of neutrino still on working and if they can proved, it would change the history of speed and would cancel Albert Einstein s Theory of General Relativity. Einstein's Theory of General Relativity says there is a cosmic speed limit and that is the speed of light and nothing can go faster than that. CERN conduct the experiment to measure the time taken for a beam of neutrinos to travel from its laboratory near Geneva, Switzerland to a particle detector underground at a place called Gran Sasso in Italy. The distance between two places is about 730 kilometers away and the time taken for neutrino to arrive at the detector is about 2.4millisecond. The important found is they measure that the neutrinos arrive early and faster from light speed. Eventhough the difference is about 60-nanosecond, it is still give big differences. There is another similar experiment done which is conducted by Fermilab. The measurement observe is the same as what CERN measured but the precision of the result is not very high as the precision result from CERN experiment. Now, both laboratories is working hard to proved that there is another thing can break down the speed of light. Since there are no official declaration about the neutrino that can travel faster than the speed of light, Einstein s General Relativity theory is still true. No other thing or particle can travel faster than cosmic.
