The flexible, prefabricated, modular wall system for OT-Rooms interior furnishing, as a modular grid construction. The design of the modular wall system is carried out in accordance with technical building requirements.

Las complicadas instalaciones para las diversas reas y aplicaciones se disean de forma clara y funcional. Nos adaptamos a sus requisitos en cuanto a proteccin de radiacin, aislamiento acstico y proteccin contra el fuego, as como asegurarnos de la correcta estanqueidad del circuito de gases. Nos encargamos de la coordinacin y clarificacin de los aspectos tcnicos, as como de la supervisin de la instalacin. De la misma forma permite una rpida y fcil desinstalacin para una nueva construccin o modificacin de medidas.

Los paneles modulares son fabricados de forma individual, con una junta mxima entre ellos de 8 mm. El diseo modular de las paredes, simplifica la extraccin individual de cada panel, ofreciendo un fcil acceso para la reparacin y/o modificacin de las instalaciones posteriores.

Design
Made of individual modular panels, with a maximum joint width of 8 mm. The partition wall system design facilitates the dismantling of any individual panel, to provide easy access for later installations, alterations or repair work.

X-Ray protection The double panelled wall system has an X-ray protection lead equivalent of 0,6 mm at 100 KV (or 0,3 mm at 150 KV). El sistema de paredes est fabricado con material no inflamable, en caso de fuego, estos no generan ningn tipo de gases que puedan ser perjudiciales para la salud. El sistema de paredes de doble panel, es acorde con DIN 4102, 2 parte, con una resistencia al fuego F90A.
Proteccin acstica. El sistema de paredes de pared simple (sin fibra mineral), tiene un nivel de aislamiento acstico de Rw44dB. El sistema de paredes de doble pared (sin fibra mineral), tiene un nivel de aislamiento acstico de Rw56dB.

The wall system is made of a non-flammable Amaterial. In case of fire, there is no development of gases that could become a health hazard. The double panelled wall system is in accordance with DIN 4102 part 2, fire resistant class F90A.
Noise protection The single panelled wall system (without mineral fibre) has a noise insulation rate of Rw 44 dB. The double panelled wall system (with mineral fibre) has a noise insulation rate of Rw 56 dB.

El sistema de techo, es un lgico complemento del sistema de paredes modulares. Los paneles modulares del techo se asemejan al reticulado del sistema de paredes modulares, pudiendo cada uno de estos paneles de techo ser desmontado individualmente. Los perfiles de adaptacin de los paneles as como los embellecedores completan el conjunto.

Rail de fijacin de techo La subestructura de compone de perfiles de sustentacin as como de crucetas de la retcula, fijados a modo de rejilla rgida con la misma modulacin que el sistema reticular de la pared modular. Paneles de techo Los paneles de techo se pueden fabricar indistintamente en acero inoxidable o acero con galvanizado electroltico, con un acabado superficial esmaltado.

The ceiling system is the logical supplementary module to the wall system. The panel modules match the wall system grid dimensions and each panel can be detached individually. Adapter panels and fitting panels complete the system range.

Ceiling fixture rail The substructure consists of support and cross profiles, fixed together to form a rigid grid which matches the wall panel grid. Ceiling Panels Ceiling panels are made of either polished stainless steel sheet or of electrolytically galvanized quality steel sheet, enamelled on the upper surface.

We can supply and install all normal ceiling fittings. All clean room requirements regarding hygiene, impermeability, ease of installation and surface quality are complied with.

The OT clean room illuminator is the optimal supplement to the modular wall and ceiling system. The illuminator has a visible surface, is installed flush to the ceiling, made of glass with a surrounding screen and has no extra cover.
