Q. What does the first transaction is free really mean?


A. After your pay is deposited onto the card each week, the first transaction from ONE of the following options below allows you to access your money for FREE: Money order (US Post Office or Walmart), Partners ATM Withdrawal, Allpoint ATM withdrawal, Online Card to a Bank Account Transfer, POS Transaction With or Without Cash Back, Cash Withdrawal at a Bank Account.

Q. Who do I call with questions or problems with my card?


A. Call the toll free number on the back of your card if you have questions about card activity or usage. If you have questions regarding the amount of your pay, contact your manager.

Q. What are the fees I have to pay after my first free transaction?
A. Refer to your Cardholder Agreement for a complete list of fees.

Q. What is a PIN (Personal Identification Number)?


A. The 4-digit number used to get cash at ATMs and any merchant that accepts the brand marks that are displayed on the back of your card. You can change your PIN by calling the toll free number on the back of your card.

Q. Can I still use this card after my program is completed?


A. Your card belongs to you and you can continue to have your wages deposited on the card by your new employer or any payer that offers direct deposit. You will need to provide them with the following information: Bank Name: The Bancorp Bank Bank City/State: Wilmington, DE Routing Number: 031101169 Card ID: 930 plus the 10 digit Card ID found on the back of your card Ex: 930XXXXXXXXXX

Q. What is my PASSCODE?
A. The 4-digit number printed on the card carrier that is used to access your card account by phone or internet. A temporary passcode is provided on the card carrier underneath your card for initial activation.

Q. How do I change my PIN and PASSCODE to something easier for me to remember?


A. Call the toll free number on the back of your card to change your PIN and PASSCODE. By using the temporary PASSCODE (see above), you will be able to securely select these codes.

Q. What else can I do with my card?


A. You can take advantage of your cards many products and features which include: Text Alerts Stay in touch with the money on your card from the convenience of your cell phone. Choose from a variety of balance and purchase alerts. Bill Pay You can use your card to pay bills through the phone or web for a low fee per payment.

Q. How do I check my balance for FREE?


A. You can check your balance anytime by: Receiving free text alerts* to your cell phone. Logging onto www.paychekplus.com Calling the toll free number on the back of your card.

Q. What should I do with the money on my card when I leave the U.S.?
A. Your card can be used outside of the U.S. but it may not be accepted everywhere.* It is recommended that you remove the full amount of money remaining on your card before you leave the U.S. either by getting a U.S. money order and cashing it before you go, completing a card to U.S. bank account transfer or withdrawing your funds from a Partners ATM. If you do use it outside of the U.S., look for the Visa brand mark at merchant locations to be sure it is accepted.

Q. Can I add cash to my card?


A. Yes. There are several ways to add cash to your payroll card including cash deposits at Partners Branches, Green Dot, Western Union, Agents (in the U.S. only), and MoneyPak Reload.

Q. Can I transfer money overseas?


A. Yes. You can transfer money overseas to many locations using your cards International Money Transfer feature. These include: Mexico, Central and South America, China and India. Sign up through www.paychekplus.com or call the toll free number on the back of your card.

Q. What if I lose my card?


A. Visit a Partners Federal Credit Union Branch to obtain an immediate PayChekPLUS! Elite Visa Payroll Card replacement. After obtaining your temporary card, call Cardholder Service to report your card lost/stolen and activate your temporary card. Any remaining money on your lost/stolen card will be transferred to your temporary card. There is a fee for replacement cards. See your Cardholder Agreement for more details.

Making Retail Purchases

Getting Cash from an ATM


u Insert your card and enter your PIN when asked. u Select Checking and the amount you want. u Take your cash and your card.

Getting Cash Back with Retail Purchases

Replacing Lost or Stolen Cards


If your card is lost or stolen, follow these steps immediately: u a PaychekPLUS! Elite Visa Payroll Get Card from a Partners Branch. u Customer Service to report the Call card missing and activate your replacement card. u There is a fee for replacement cards. See your Cardholder Agreement for more details.
Funds will transfer from your lost or stolen card automatically once customer service is notified and you have activated your new card.
