Building employee commitment is crucial in retailing because high turnover has a major impact on profitability. High employee turnover have major effects/impact on profitability because employees are the direct representation/seller of the product. It depends on to whether the employee can handle the job or commitments accurately in the field itself and that affects the companys profitability in such a way that building employee commitments is essential in every type of business 2. Equally crucial in human resource management is to motivate employees to work toward achieving the firms goals and implementing its strategy A regular dose of motivation for employees is important so that workers could continuously improve their performance drive. In return the companys goals and objectives are met but company should be strict in implementing different ways to motivate workers. 3.
