Secret Sisters
Each day we picked a popsicle stick with a friends name on it. During the day, we would watch that individual and take note of the good things they were saying and doing. That night we would gather together and share what we learned about our secret sister. Here are some of the things that others noticed about me.

Camp Bennion Creek is situated in the beautiful Manti-La Sal forest of the Wasatch Mountain range. The camp encompasses 97 acres at an elevation of approximately 7,000 feet, and is accessable by a five mile dirt road that branches off of Highway 6 in Spanish Fork canyon. Encouraging the growth of established cottonwood trees is the gentle flowing Bennion Creek which winds through the property and has been managed to provide the camp with it''s own pond for swimming, canoeing, and fishing.

Barges
Chorus: Barges, I would like to go with you. I would like to sail the ocean blue. Barges, are there treasures in your hold? Do you fight with pirates brave and bold? Verse 1 Out of my window, looking in the night I can see the barges flickering light. Silently flows the river to the sea As the barges do go silently. [chorus] Verse 2 Out of my window, looking in the night I can see the barges flickering light. Starboards shining green and port is glowing red, I can see the barges far ahead. [chorus] Verse 3 Out of my window, looking in the night I can see the barges flickering light. Anchors start to pull and engines start to roar As the barges pull away from shore. [chorus] Verse4 Out of my window, looking in the night I can see the barges flickering light. Stars are brightly lighting up the sky As the barges seem to skip right by. [chorus]

Be Strong
When the world and its temptations seem to call you by name, Be strong; Be strong. When they question evry thing you put your faith in everyday, Be strong; Be strong. And when your trial seem like theyre too hard to bear Remember someone else stands by you whos already been there. Chorus Be strong and of good courage! Be not afraid. Stand firm in the faith. For the Lord will be with us wherever we go. Be His. Be one. Be strong. When the world tries to convince you to make the wrong choice Be strong; Be strong. If in the noise thats all around you cant hear the spirits voice Be strong. Be strong. And when you stand for something right and stand alone Remember someone else stands by you in our heavenly home.

FRIEND SONG
Make new friends, but keep the old One is silver and the others gold A circle is round, it has no ends Thats how long I want to be your friend Make new friends, but keep the old One is silver and the others gold
GRANDFATHER'S CLOCK
My grandfather's clock was too large for the shelf, So it stood ninety years on the floor. It was taller by half than the old man himself, But it weighed not a penny's weight more, It was bought on the morn of the day that he was born And was always his treasure and pride. But it stopped, short, never to go again When the old man died. Chorus: Ninety years without slumbering, Tick tock, tick tock. His life seconds numbering, Tick tock, tick tock. It stopped, short, never to go again When the old man died. In watching its pendulum swing to and fro, Many hours had he spent when a boy. And in childhood and manhood the clock Seemed to know and to share both his grief and his joy. For it struck twenty four when he entered in the door With a blooming and beautiful bride But it stopped, short, never to go again When the old man died. Chorus My grandfather said that for those he could hire Not a servant so faithful he found. For it wasted no time and had but one desire, At the close of each week to be wound, And it kept in its place, not a frown upon its face. And its hands never hung by its side. But it stopped, short, never to go again When the old man died. Chorus It rang an alarm in the dead of the night, An alarm that for years had been dumb. And we knew that his spirit was pluming for flight, That his hour for departure had come. Still the clock kept the time, with a soft and muffled chime, As we silently stood by his side. But it stopped, short, never to go again When the old man died. Chorus

IRISH SONG
Verse 1 It seems like only yesterday I sailed from out of Cork A wanderer from Erin's Isle I landed in New York. There wasn't a soul to greet me here, a stranger on your shore But Irish luck was with me, and riches came galore. And now I'm goin' back again to dear old Erin's Isle. Me friends will meet me at the shore and greet me with a smile. Their faces sure I've almost forgot I've been so long away But me mother will introduce them all and this to me will say: [CHORUS] Verse 2 They'll have a party when I go home, they'll come from near and far. They'll line the road for miles and miles with Irish jauntin' cars. The spirits will flow and we'll be gay, we'll fill your hearts with joy The piper will play an Irish rill to greet the Yankee boy. They'll dance and sing the whole night long, such fun was never seen. The lads'll be decked in corduroy, the colleens wearing green. There'll be thousands there that I never saw I've been so long away, But me mother will introduce them all, and this to me will say.... [CHORUS]
